Take Two

Almost a year has gone by since my last post and so many things have happened in that year. Personal issues delayed the printing of the book and I am happy to say that I now have the paperbacks available for purchase! I didn't really understand all the ins and outs of the process and I have learned a lot. Hoping to be posting some book signings soon and hearing feedback from those who have already read the book. It's a nerve wracking thing to have something so close to your heart out there for others to possibly tear down and find fault with, but it's also a

thing of joy knowing that I have accomplished what I hoped to - the one book I wanted printed is out there. It may not get the reception I hope for it, but at least I didn't quit on my dream and that is what matters most.

We all have dreams. We all have fears. It's fighting beyond our fears for our dreams that make them come true. It's a rare thing to have success dumped in your lap. It takes work and long hours of blood, sweat, and yes, sometimes tears, to be a success. Success isn't always the number of books sold or the money made, but the conclusion of a goal set for yourself. At the end of the day, I have to let go and see what hard work gets me. Stay tuned!
